Jeepers creepers! Im still not used to being referred to as Mrs. Iyer. Got married a month ago to a guy I was so certain I was never going to meet. He is perfect for me! I’m a writer and he is a music composer. We are alike where it matters yet diametrically different in our own right. Now we’ve crossed over from being single to happily married and let me tell you, no matter how many years you’ve been in a relationship, marriage changes more than just your name! There is a lot to take on. And if you are moving into your own house away from both sets of parents like we did, it is a big mouthful to bite, chew and keep smiling. There were a few things that we had anticipated but some things that just hit us in the blind side. We are taking things one day at a time… I’m not big on posting intimate details but whatever ‘wisdom’ I gather on the way, I’ll share here. So here’s to this mad life of the new Mrs. Iyer!

  1. This is my first visit to your blog. I happened upon it from Paardjie who re-blogged your post. You have a nice writing style and I will enjoy following your blog and watching it grow. Congratulations and best wishes on your marriage.
